Because you had no credits left. Touka watches the channel and removes every message from a member whose balance is at zero — that is what keeps the place free of spam. Nothing personal, nothing lost: the buy panel lands in your DM right after, and you can post again the second you have a credit.
Two other things get a message pulled: flooding (too many messages in a short window, which also earns a timeout) and blocked words.

A bot cannot DM someone who never started it. Open Touka, press Start once, and every notice — buy panels, receipts, warnings — arrives in DM from then on. Until you do, all the channel can show you is a short self-deleting hint.
Star payments can be refunded by the channel owner with the receipt code from your DM — the stars go back to your Telegram balance. Crypto payments cannot be reversed once confirmed on-chain, so pay with Stars if you want that option open.
No. The channel is a board: it puts your listing in front of the room. Whatever you agree on afterwards is between you and the other member. Read the rules before posting — scamming gets you banned, but it does not get your money back.
Telegram can terminate a channel. If that happens, the status at the top of this page flips to Termed, waiting for new server creation, and the link to the new server shows up right there as soon as it exists. This page is the only place to trust for it.
