The rules.
Short, and enforced. Posting in Spectre MP means you accept them. Touka applies most of them automatically — the rest is handled by the staff, and a ban is not up for negotiation.
-
01
Zero promotion of other marketplaces or channels
No invite links, no
@handles, no QR codes, no "add me and I'll show you my shop", no vouch channels, no reselling the audience. This is the one rule with no warning attached: instant ban, first offence, DMing members to pull them elsewhere included. -
02
One credit, one listing — no flooding
Post your offer once and let it breathe. Re-posting the same listing to stay on top, or spraying messages to trigger the anti-flood, gets you a timeout, then a ban. Credits spent on removed messages are not returned.
-
03
No scamming. Ever.
Take the money and disappear, ship nothing, swap the item, chargeback after delivery — any of it is a permanent ban and your listing history gets posted. Deals here run on reputation; there is no second chance for this one.
-
04
Listings must be real and readable
What it is, what it costs, how you accept payment. No bait pricing, no "DM for price" on everything, no fake stock, no photos that are not yours. A listing nobody can act on is noise, and noise gets removed.
-
05
Do not impersonate staff, members or Touka
Copying a seller's name and picture to intercept their buyers, or posing as the owner or as the bot to ask for payments, is treated exactly like scamming: permanent ban, no appeal.
-
06
Keep it civil
Disagreements happen. Harassment, doxxing, threats, racism and mass tagging do not belong here. Take the argument to DMs, or take it out of the channel.
-
07
Deals are between members
Spectre MP is a board, not an escrow and not a guarantor. The channel publishes your listing — it does not hold funds, verify goods or settle disputes. Check who you are dealing with before you send anything.
Credits & payments
- 1 credit = 1 message. Credits are what you pay for; visibility, sales or replies are not promised with them.
- They stay with you. Credits are tied to your Telegram account, on this channel only. They are not transferable and they do not expire.
- Stars can be refunded by the channel owner using the receipt code from your DM. Credits already spent may be deducted with the refund.
- Crypto cannot be refunded. Once a BTC or LTC payment is confirmed on-chain it is final — pay with Stars if you want the option.
- A ban ends the balance. Getting banned for breaking these rules does not entitle you to a refund of unspent credits.
The channel itself
- Telegram has the last word. The channel can be terminated at any time by Telegram. If it happens, the status on the home page flips to Termed and the new link is published there — nowhere else.
- One official link. Anything that is not the address shown on the home page is not us.
- Moderation is discretionary. Staff can remove a listing, mute, or ban without a debate. Touka logs every action, so calls can be reviewed — by us.
- These rules can change. The version on this page is the one that applies; the date above tells you when it last moved.
